Shipping & Delivery

Air On Board uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

If the option for 'authority to leave parcel' is selected, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the address provided on your order. Please note that if Australia Post's drivers cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

If this option is not selected, parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Air On Board will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday.It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalogue promotions. Contact us for more information.

Security

We utilise PayPal and Stripe to accept customers' payment to ensure customers' security.  We never record a copy of your credit card details.

Returns & Replacements

Air On Board will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. AOB will accept returns of items within 30 days with proof of purchase. Goods must be in acceptable condition and Air On Board must be contacted prior to sending.

All items ordered incorrectly by customer can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.

Air On Board web store accepts multiple payment methods including: Google pay, Apple pay, PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Air On Board also accepts bank transfer, credit card payment and PayPal payment via phone call.
