• The Polyair kit does not replace the original leak spring but works with it, original springs tend to sag from wear or from overloading.
• Simply add air to the air springs when hauling a heavy load to ensure that your vehicle is level and stable. Then, deflate when you are driving with an empty load for better ride quality.
• For all 4WD, Work vans, Twin Cabs and Cars, the springs are fully adjustable from 10 to 100 PSI via air line tubing.
• The kit includes 2 air springs, quick-connecting user-friendly air fittings, brackets, air lines and all of the hardware you need. To install, just fit the air springs to leak springs when they are deflated and malleable. We engineer all of our kits to be installed easily and each kit comes with a fully illustrated, easy-to-follow instruction manual.
• Air Lift 1000 air springs can be inflated to the same pressure simultaneously through a single air line tube. Or, they can be inflated to different air pressures through dual air line tubes.
